Chuck Carlise is the author of In One Version of the Story (New Issues Poetry & Prose), Casual Insomniac (Bateau), and A Broken Escalator Still Isn’t the Stairs (Concrete Wolf). He studied at Wittenberg University, University of California, Davis, and the University of Houston, and has taught at UC-Santa Cruz, Westminster College, and Grand Valley State. Currently he is Assistant Professor at Ashland University, where he serves as Director of the Ashland Poetry Press. (more)
